ROBERT E. SCHMIDT, JR. – CEO
Mr. Schmidt has owned and operated his own business since 1963. He is a past President of the Metropolitan Builders Association of Milwaukee and a past Board Member of the Wisconsin Builders Association and a past Board Member of NAHB, Multi-Family and Commercial Building Council. With his wealth of experience in all phases of residential and commercial development, financing, construction and property management, along with his understated ability to educate, Boulder Venture has become an established and well-respected organization nationwide. With his notable leadership qualities and his acute understanding of the commercial real estate market in addition to his insight in fiscal planning, Bob has led Boulder Venture into the development of over 700 million dollars worth of real estate. Mr. Schmidt has also been a City Commissioner for the City of Belleair Shore since 1996.

JOHN SABOW – DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
With over 15 years’ experience in nationwide commercial retail development, John has completed more than 100 single and multi-tenant retail projects in 35 states with a value in excess of 400 million dollars. John’s experience in all facets of retail development, from site acquisition to store design and construction is a great asset to Boulder Venture as well as to our retail tenants. John is responsible for site acquisition and all phases of development.

CHARLIE SULLIVAN – VP CONSTRUCTION
Charlie has over 25 years’ construction related experience. He began his career with Boulder Venture in 1994 as a Senior Project Manager and has been directly responsible for the development of over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial development in the state of Florida. With his vast construction experience and a working knowledge of industry standards and legal requirements, he has been a great asset to the firm.

GREG DUFF – DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
Greg has over 20 years’ combined experience in architecture, construction, and real estate development. He is a member of the ICSC, NCARB, and has served as an in-house architect. Greg has received the degrees of Bachelor of Environmental Design from Miami University and Master of Architecture from UWM. He has a Florida Certified Building Contractor’s license, is a Registered Architect in Florida and Ohio, and is a licensed Real Estate Associate.

KELLY C. SCHMIDT – PROPERTY MANAGER
Kelly Schmidt is asset/property manager for Boulder Venture. Prior to her current position, she was marketing administrator for New York Life Insurance Company, AARP Division. Kelly is responsible for overseeing the management of a portfolio of real estate comprising over 1.5 million square feet. She is involved in all aspects of commercial management, including budgets, lease negotiations, contractor management, service coordination, billing and lease preparation, as well as annual pass through reconciliations. She recruits and supervises the staff at the Clearwater, Florida, location. She is involved in the construction and financial management of projects under development.
